What is CCI-EIA ?
BACKGROUND
The Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Europe - India – Africa (CCI-EIA) is a registered institution of Europe under The Royal Act of Belgium. It was founded on 24th June 2010 by the initiation of Hon. Mayor Augustin Benoit Radjahpandien.

The CCI-EIA helps you:
- Contribute actively to the development of policy South-South and North-South cooperation.
OBJECTIVE
The CCI-EIA is aimed mainly:
- Trade information
- Advertising on products or services of different members, independently or through actions by the economic structures ad 'hoc countries.
- Collaboration in maintaining normal development of trade relations in good faith and the compilation and dissemination of commercial practices applied in the territory under its jurisdiction.
- Assistance to companies seeking to do business on areas EUROPE-AFRICA-INDIA, both from the different areas, and through its representatives, commissioners and agents commercial or state or local or county in the country.
- The conciliation or arbitration in resolving disputes over the interpretation or enforcement of the provisions or commercial contracts submitted by private bodies in all areas, whenever the allocation of jurisdiction is written / or specifically requested by the parties in accordance with applicable rules of procedure as well as the activity was carried out under similar conditions.
- Sending documents relating to trade related to imports such as certificates or declarations in accordance with the standards in force at the time of the exercise of these powers.
- The protection of industrial property, commercial and intellectual.
- The organization of fairs and exhibitions permanent or not, physical or virtual, and other events to draw in different areas, and the promotion of tourism, in agreement with the competent official authorities or their delegations in different areas.
- The studies and reports to promote economic development of intra-Community trade between different territorial areas.
- Information on investing in different countries.
- Assistance on the tariff regime in force.
- Information on consumers, distributors and representatives located in their territory, for firms of different areas and in general, publication of research and information of any kind to promote members association or any areas, products or services targeted by it.
- Developing a list of exporting companies or located abroad.
- Provide at the request of government agencies in the area INDIA-EUROPE-AFRICA economic information, trade and statistics necessary for the optimal accomplishment of business objectives in the territory under its jurisdiction.
- Collaborate with centers, associations and other economic organizations, business, social, and cultural, are located in the area under the jurisdiction of the House, and realize the steps that lead to the development and protection of their general interests and those of its members.
- Facilitate by all means (meetings, seminars, conferences, etc.) international relations and the improvement of trade between members.
- Contribute to the development of training on the subject of the House.
